Shipping policy

At KAM Naturals, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and with care. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. A shipping confirmation email along with the selected carrier and tracking number will be sent once your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times vary by shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: You will receive a text/email once your order is ready for pickup.  Pickups are usually ready within a few hours to 24hrs.  If you have any questions or concerns please text or call us at 475-366-4019.

  • Same Day Delivery:  Orders must be placed before 2pm and must be within a 20mile radius of our fulfillment center, in Stamford, CT.

    • Orders within 10 miles - Free

    • Orders 10 - 20 miles - $15 (unless your order is over $100). 

    • Orders over $100 within 20 miles - FREE Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At KAM Naturals, your privacy matters. We understand the personal nature of wellness and herbal care, and we are committed to shipping your order with discreet, secure, and respectful packaging.

🔒 Discreet & Confidential

  • All products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or brand name on the exterior.

  • Shipping labels will list “KAM Naturals” as the sender without any additional details.

  • No product names or herbal references will appear on the outside of the package.

📦 Protective & Secure

  • Orders are packed carefully using tamper-resistant, eco-friendly materials to protect your items in transit.

  • Each bottle is sealed and cushioned to maintain integrity during shipping.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to become active.


🧪 Shipping Herbal Products

Our products are made fresh, perishable, and sensitive to heat and time. Please retrieve your package promptly. Refrigerate all Liquid Herbal Supplements after opening and follow the storage instructions on each label.


📦 Returned Packages & Replacements

If your package is returned to us, we must receive the returned product before a replacement can be shipped.

If a return is due to an incorrect address entered at checkout or you "the customer’s" failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.


❗️ Lost or Stolen Packages

KAM Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist with the process, but claims must be initiated by you, the customer.


📥 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping charges will apply.
