Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and carrier details.

Same-Day Local Delivery

Available for customers located within a 20-mile radius of Stamford, Connecticut.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day delivery.

10–20 Miles

  • $15 Delivery Fee

Orders Over $100

  • FREE Delivery within the entire 20-mile delivery area

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Currently, KAM Naturals ships within the United States only.

Your privacy matters.

We understand the personal nature of wellness products and are committed to shipping every order discreetly and securely.

Discreet Shipping

  • Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.

  • No product names or herbal references appear on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping labels display "KAM Naturals" as the sender without revealing package contents.

Protective Packaging

  • Products are carefully packed using protective materials.

  • Bottles are sealed and cushioned to help prevent damage during transit.

  • Whenever possible, eco-friendly packing materials are used.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier's system.


Shipping Herbal Products

Many of our products are made with natural ingredients and may be sensitive to heat, cold, and extended transit times.

Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery.

Liquid Herbal Supplements should be refrigerated after opening and stored according to the instructions on the product label.


Returned Packages & Reshipments

If a package is returned to KAM Naturals, the returned shipment must be received before a replacement shipment can be issued.

If the return occurred because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided;

  • The package was refused;

  • The package was not collected by the customer;

the customer is responsible for all applicable reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

KAM Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that show a delivery confirmation.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing shipment information and supporting documentation when available.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds.

If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
